NYSE buys Metabit in Asia tech push

(Financial Times - Telis Demos) NYSE Technologies, the trading infrastructure services arm of the exchange group, has acquired Japanese group Metabit as it seeks to establish a foothold to supply trading technology in the fast-developing Asian market.
